Smoke shop

I went to pick up our dinner from the new Thai place. Jill's now ordered enough from there that they know what she likes. They asked if a different drink was for me, which it was.

A smoke shop is next door. I saw this odd thing and had to get a photo. I do not understand what "Rick and Morty" has to do with a smoke shop. It's weird, unlicensed nonsense.
