A day of awards

Today my oldest son's very clever and beautiful girlfriend graduated with a law degree from Aberdeen University after four years of hard graft. She starts her new job very soon too so it is all change for her.
Mark had his last school football awards ceremony tonight. He was the team captain and did a wonderful job of writing and delivering a speech. We were very proud of him.
It seems at the moment there are a lot of last evers. Like last week at primary, last primary school show.
For us perhaps more so as we have had a child in primary school constantly since 1997.
It is exciting anticipating the next stage of their lives. Just praying the teenage hormone monster does not devour our youngest.
