Hardy

On Saturday I sowed some Calendula and Cosmos seeds in covered trays, a late start to my summer planting. Today I noticed that one of the Calendula from last year, that has been in a sheltered pot, next to the house over winter, has produced some buds and two of them have opened. They are quite small and the plant is a bit tatty, but they are very pretty and most welcome.
