It's going to be hot (I hope)

No, it's not a potato. It is in fact some ginger that I'm trying to sprout for the first time. I'm hopeful as I can see a green tip on one of the nodules.

Lots of other trays have been shown by D, so I guess I'll need to look after them while he is away!
