snoring deer

this morning all of the crew from last night (plus cousin Tom and minus Louie) attmpted to do 'park run' in Alexandra Palace park, but failed because Ruairi and James couldn't be bothered, and George had stubbed his toe very badly yesterday to the point he couldn't even walk properly, and Tom's hayfever was too bad for him to run around in a place full of pollen

so the three of us that were able to run properly did hill sprints and sprint interval training, which was actually very fulfilling!


afterwards, the Mulcahey clan and I went out to Carluccio's for lunch, then cousin Sophie went to the hairdressers to get ready for her Confirmation at Mass this evening

when the time came lots and lots of the rest of the family arrived and we all went to church where Sophie was confirmed along with the rest of the girls and boys from her agegroup doing the same thing

after a small scuffle with a very strange, rude woman, it was all finished and we headed off to another park for a fantastic barbeque held by members and friends of the church

George and i decided to become wine tasters to pass the time, it's actually quite fun overall ;)


james called me because he was upset about someone being a dick about his private life, so i helped him out with some kind words and words of attempted wisdom, i think it helped a little, which is the best i could do!
