Tapered...

...Drone Fly...

20 minutes in the sunshine at lunchtime - ladybirds, bees (HUGE bees), a hoverfly and a tapered drone fly.  Only a couple of decent shots - I'm out of practice!

Doctor appointment this afternoon.  I thought she would put me straight on tablets for my high blood pressure but she is letting me get on top of my weight and fitness for the next 6 months.  If there is no change in my BP,  she will put me on tablets.

My vitamin D...  I knew it was low but it was awfy low!  She said borderline is 50 units (not sure what the measurement is), 25 is the average insufficiency.  My levels were down at 14 which she said is severely low.  And most certainly the cause of a lot of my pain but it may take a few months for it to get into my system and repair itself to know for sure.
