I had booked an appt to donate blood this afternoon. I planned to do online pilates in the morning.  But I just couldn't be bothered and wasn't interested.
Went to.give blood and my iron level was so low i have  to go to the dr and now can't donate for a year. 
Went for a tea after. 
Having weird thoughts about  my drains and plumbers and insurance. My head is loose and feel all tingly.
