View from a hotdesk

You may call it uninspired, but there's a flowering cherry tree and a nesting box on a tree trunk, with a blue tit popping in and out. Plus, the delivery lorries keep.coming! 

I went to see the new library building. It's in the shopping centre: below ground level, but with windows to the side (overlooking today's hotdesk). The children's area is not separate, and it's quite echoey. There are some new study cabins/carrels, which were already fully occupied. The new library only opened today. 

The location is better, but I preferred the old place. It had more zoning, or separation, of different areas. The building has RAAC, though, so I imagine it'll be knocked down and that the council will sell the land for housing. 

I've watched the first episode of the Cuckoo on Channel 5 (creepy) and actually did some mindfulness practice. Feel.good for it.
