Richmond….

We’ve had a great day walking the path by the Thames at Richmond, to Petersham Nurseries and Ham House. High tide made the walk back along the river impossible. Great to see and just an inconvenience, adding to the variety of the day. Another lovely long walk.

We said our goodbyes back at Richmond Station. It’s been fantastic to have these days with Matthew. It’s been twenty years at least since we’ve had the privilege of him to stay! He did travel here to spend the night after Valerie died to keep D company. That was very special.
