Solar Eclipse Cupcakes. Lumix M4/3 14mm

Today, Mother Moon passed across Sol's face, leaving us in shadow.  Boston wasn't quite in the path of the full eclipse, but the lights did dim for some minutes.
To celebrate, Editor and I decided to try a new - for us - recipe for pumpkin/cinnamon/chocolate chip cupcakes - Gluten Free, of course.  It was fairly labor intensive: first baking the pumpkin, mashing it, and squeezing all the liquid out through cheese cloth. But the rest was straight forward, the result very satisfying: good taste, not too sweet, and the texture light and fluffy.  Hopefully, they'll last a few days...
