Us and them

Week three of our new running group. It started off 6 m ago expressly aimed at youngies to run and meet… great idea.
They dropped the youngies only thing and now all welcome
It’s still mostly youngies… we are the token oldies.. great friendly group though and we like running with a different mix… quite a few do parkrun … so we already know a few … wind n rain last night didn’t put us off.
