A Parkinson's Open Day today at Glenella in Blackheath. PD - Parkinsonson's Disease - isn't much fun, but the support available is wonderful. Margaret and Rowan opened their guest house to PDs and carers, with heart-warming, informative speakers and, as you can see, tummy-warming refreshments! So good to meet and share with folk on the same path as yourself. We even had dancing practice with Natasha Cesco...seated, admittedly, but lots of fun.
