Windy cliffs

This morning I did a challenging long run (trail and elevation to prepare for a race coming up) in very windy conditions. This afternoon slightly less windy and the sun came out so I accompanied R to an appt along the coast towards Brighton. I spent a blustery hour 'playing' with camera settings to capture wildflowers and waves. The main, ironically, was a phone image. This evening we are helping at C25K with our running club (over 40 'new' runners signed up to progress to 5k running in 9 weeks).
