1/3rds
Back to nightshifts and as the weather today has been very yuck, am resorting to dipping into my holiday pics...there are plenty to choose from.
Here is a Tiny Tuesday themed one featuring an amazing 1/3rd scale 4-6-2 Pacific Class steam locomotive ready to haul it's long rake of carriages from here at Dungeness all the way to Hythe 13 miles away. "Northern Chief" was built in 1925 and is a real work of art!
Ms.Arell is looking very happy at the chance encounter with the engine as it waits to depart :-) We were at Dungeness to see the Lighthouse (extra) and the train appearing was a lovely coincidence!
Today has been spent having an extra hour in bed, followed by some housework, an appointment and a visit to Father In Law. Am now installed in at work and catching up on things here.
