The night before

My great grandmother painted this. Apparently, she was a very talented artist.
I came to stay at my grandma's the night before my USMLE and decided it'd be a good evening to learn a little more about my past family.

Tomorrow is the day. Praying it goes well. I've done all I can do. I know I couldn't have done anything much differently.
