This morning whilst damp wasn’t too bad for a walk to the gym. Richard drove down to try a programme of exercise he has been set. These are designed to help strengthen the muscle wastage he suffered during the late stage kidney failure and early stages of dialysis. Hoping they help.

This afternoon was a wash out…… again! Thoroughly fed up with the inclement weather. We both signed up with the NHS Future Health scheme. We have been waiting for a centre close enough to home to open. So a trip to York was booked for some measurements and bloods to be taken. Fitted in some shopping too.

This evening was taken up on comparison sites getting car insurance quotes. Worth the time for the savings.
