No, not my 146th blip.. Tonight I've been emailing lots of people to try and encourage them to volunteer on a summer outreach team that I'm involved in, so I've been sending round this photo with info etc. Hopefully it does the trick to get people interested!

The significance of 146 is that that's the number of people we need, and we have way less than that currently.
