Broken

I ordered a new phone case for my phone and put it on and this is what happened. Cannot believe that it just broke. 

I am waiting to get email from seller on Ebay as I wish to return it as its no value when broken. This is the first time I have ordered from Ebay in at least 3 years as a lot of stuff is rubbish. I tend to shop on Amazon or Etsy.
