Sunshine after rain

In George V park. There's a blocked drain beside this path, so it's been reverting to a small pond .. 

Wet all day with a short gap in the late afternoon; we went out after supper to walk down to Newhaven to see if we could get a better look at the heavy lift vessel which has been moored near Burntisland for a week now. I'd have needed much better lenses to get a decent picture .. it looks like two ships from a distance, but is actually a semi-sub, 255m long. Xin Yao Hua . Wondering what it's waiting for .. There was a cruise ship moored out too, further west. 

Lots of people out running between the end of the Trinity path and Newhaven. We had the wind at our backs, before catching a conveniently timed tram.
