Court Date

I had a hearing at the Tenancy Tribunal today. The naughty tenants didn't turn up but it went ahead anyway and they have to pay the rent, repairs of damage and cleaning . In 3 years as a property manager this is only the 4th time I have been at tribunal. Thats hardly ever for a property manager.
