'Waste of Bricks'

I am in Manchester for a conference and while wandering round the evening of our arrival I saw this wonderful hotel, The Palace on oxford road, my husbands first comment, 'waste of bricks'. With the evening sun on it the colour of the bricks shine in the setting sun. I would argue it is a beautiful building, but he has his mind made up, so the least I can do is share how pretty it looks with others.
