Sunset

Busy day at work then on my bike at 4.45 to head up the hills. Super warm evening, around 17 degrees I think, like a summers evening!

A bit of a challenge up the hill, as it's been a few weeks, but riding with a colleague the pressure was on to keep going. All good, but certainly I'm not that fit at present!

Then up the top and onto the single track that was surprisingly dry. A little windier, but a classic view of the city and Alps.

So a good day 2 of the regime.
* Healthy lunch
* Exercise
* No alcohol
* And no doubt an early night.
