Red brick, Code Red

Stroud hospital.(part of). Today was dreich all day. I did get out with a client to a community cafe at lunch time. The food was great, and there were many puddles in the car park. 

One of my colleagues began to lose the plot around teatime. She'd had a stressful day. She came in loudly talking to herself while I was on the phone to a client. We all do things like that some days. 

Tonight we have Mindfulness, part 4. I have been accepted on a course at Stroud college, but have missed the first session as they can only answer their emails every other day. Better late...
