Back in Weilheim

Back in Weilheim after a trouble-free journey apart from the usual, ridiculously long, post-Brexit queue at Munich airport’s passport control. Two booths open for a couple of hundred passengers, they’re still rubbing it in!
First impressions: Good - things seem OK in the flat, the spiders haven’t taken over; no noticeable Sahara sand on the terrace; Greintner’s bar is open this week; Allgauer Hof still serve a pretty good Kellerbier.
Not so good - the new parking garage being built opposite is huge, one more view gone; our nearest Gasthof is reopening as an Italian restaurant to join the other 7 already here (seems money laundering continues unabated); the town is full of Easter Holiday tourists, Allgauer was my third choice for eating but the first two places were full - on a Wednesday!!
But enough of that, think I have just enough time to order another beer ….
