My 'Shadow'

Todays planned Challenge blip is now out the window as the Sun is no where to be seen!!! So I had to rethink this one. Its a bit more cryptic!

This is Bear. My beloved German Shepherd who I had to have rehomed a few years ago. She was my Shadow as she used to follow me everywhere. Even across the room. It used to be a challenge for me to see if I could stealthily move from one end of the room to the other without her noticing!!! She always did. Although Bears story is a sad one, it had a very happy ending and she now has a new Baby in the family who Im sure will have plenty of face licks in his years to come! I still miss her.

I popped to the surgery this morning for my annual Thyroid blood test. Managed to twist the phlebotomists arm while she stabbed mine twice to do a Full Blood Count as well to see if there was something else going on that's giving me this everlasting, snotty, chesty, had enough of cold. She initially told me I would have to see the Duty doctor first, but on hearing my nasally pleas, she felt sorry for me gave in. Although I was her first patient all week that failed to provide a specimen in the first stab so she wasn't impressed. She laughed about it though!!.

Right, I'm off to tidy Mr W's office. The only room I say he has to clean and dust. He doesn't! but he does iron undies!
