Left in Charge

Mrs B had a hair appointment this morning, so she left me in charge of the sourdough crackers.  I rolled this piece out well enough, and it was nicely browned after 20 minutes at 170ºC, but the second piece was not quite thin enough and it came out of the oven a little soft.

Oh well.  Pefection is likely to be boring.

And the weather was far from perfect: a sunny morning led to hill fog  in the afternoon (Extra).
