July Challenge Day 2: Mystery Object

This 'object' was brought home by my sister from one of her travels. Thailand I think. It was handed over without any further explanation. It's obviously a frog (is it?), and you pull the wee stick out it's mouth, rub it over the ridges on it's back, and it makes frog type noises. It used to drive my dog nuts. So I have no idea whether it has any significance at all other than just being a novelty item. So in that respect it is a mystery....

When I was out walking last night, I spotted the Goosander and its young, which I had last seen in early June. They are growing up fast, as you can see here.
