Repairing our railway

Works are continuing to reopen the railway line following the derailment on 22 March.  The damaged sea wall appears to have been repaired but they are still excavating the embankment to repair the voids from the wash-out.  They also appear to be working on the line 200 yards east of the accident site so maybe they have found another damaged area.  The new railway lines have been delivered in preparation for when they can be installed and are lying between the rails of the undamaged east bound track.
