Murmuration

Took the dog for a walk after work and there was a starling murmuration. A flock of birds were looking for a place to bed down for the night. On previous nights I've seen them in other places, and I know that they have been roosting here at the hippodrome on some night.

The dog doesn't care as long as he gets his walk though. Mind you when they are roosting close to the ground he gets a bit more interested. He's figured out that birds can fly which is unfair as he can't, so they aren't as much fun to chase as rabbits....!
