Institutional echoes

This is the courtyard at the building in Greenwich where my daughter was renting a flat. I must have walked through it a hundred times or more on Tuesday and Wednesday as we decanted what was left of her stuff into my car and hers. The building was originally a school and I have always thought this courtyard had the trappings of an institute dating, I believe, from the late Victorian period. Anyway,  Adele has left now and I won't see the interior of the building again.
