Meall a' Chaorainn
The forecast suggested that after a showery morning it would be dry in the afternoon with the wind dropping. We decided to go up Meall a' Chaorainn near Achnasheen; it’s a Graham and a relatively short walk. It was warm in the sun but breezy on the hill; there were showers nearby but we missed them all. The blip is a collage as I couldn’t make a decision as to which one to choose. From top left, a rainbow in front of the Fannaichs, a shower in front of the Achnashellach hills, looking south over Maoile Lunndaidh and finally Liathach and Beinn Eighe in a shower. We then went to Gairloch where we camped for the night at Big Sand where the extra of the Turnstones in flight was taken.
Best on black.
