Walked our 2 doggies with our 2 dear friends around Arnos Park this morning. We don’t have that much time left of these two lovelies, as they are moving away, leaving England soon. :-( So good to have a decent catch up.

This evening I headed to London Fields Lido for a distance swim. I need to build it up again; it’s just finding the time and the right opening hours in the lidos.
