the disappearing sea

Bravely decided to do a proper keep fit class (for the over-50s) and was glad I did; people so friendly and I left the class deep in discussion with a complete stranger about hibernating tortoises. Thought I'd definitely get a blip of the sea, wonderful tides recently and I do love the sea in Worthing. Thwarted by heavy fog but no other time in the day, so this is it.
Book club descended this evening; we discussed a book set in Sri Lanka and I recklessly cooked a somewhat Sri Lankan curry for us.
