Not a Pretty Preston …

… but he was so happy to be home. He ate and drank copiously and somehow managed to go to the loo without standing in it! He has a metal exoskeleton under that bandage and will have it for 8 weeks. Poor lad, he’ll be in the cage for all that time except for vet visits to change the dressings. I promise not to mention Preston again for a while. We are all exhausted, even the vet who could not see us when we picked him up, she wasn’t out of another emergency surgery till 8:30pm!
