Hello Sky

Phoned Sky last week after seeing the advert for on demand TV
They sent a nice wee wireless router, but forgot to tell me it wouldn't work with my box.
Their advert says all you need to pay is £9.99 for the router and no extra charges to all HD customers
As usual to good to be true.
Spent 2 hours trying to set it up and was becoming seriously annoyed when the nice lady Deirdrie never called me back.
Called up too complain and after a threat to leave Sky after about 15 years with them ,all of a sudden they are sending me a new free box within 3 days.
