Fish Counter

My son and his wife are here for the weekend which is nice as we don't often see them. I'm cooking, which I hope will be nice as I don't often cook! I'm making a meal from the Moro cook book - baked sea bass, peas and lentils and artichokes and potatoes with oloroso sherry!

Michael brought the wine - Julien Schaal Chardonnay which he says is a very good wine - I wouldn't have a clue but it tasted good.
