Buffed up

Usual parkrun start .. so so run… I think legs a bit tired 2 bike races in the week.

Publish parkrun photo / haircut / cut the grass

Take the brassware off the door which had become a bit pitted over winter … buff it up… give the paintwork a quick polish… job done
