The long & winding etc

J9s new Fitbit arrived. So that was set up & looks splendid.
Apart from that it was a day of tutting at the rain & putting feet on an old chest of drawers.
Then in the afternoon the clouds broke, so I threw the mutt in the boot of the car & headed to the country park.
Rather lovely & deserted it was too.

Almost as lovely as the spinach, penne & gruyerre soufflé I cooked for dinner. Although hand whisking egg whites is slightly tedious, but probably good exercise.
