A walk through Tewkesbury

It was good to see that the flood waters have receded as we walked beside the River Avon. However, the path through Victoria Park had to be negotiated carefully as they were still coated in filthy smelling floods.
We retreated to the sanctuary of the Abbey. Such a magnificent and inspiring building.
It was another warm day without any rain.
