Dicentra Spectabilis !! Gebroken hartje.

Today I was able to walk longer than 1 km. I'm really happy. If I practice walking every day, I hope I won't be doomed to doing nothing on holiday. Only standing remains an issue. pff. but we are now enjoying that I am walking better again. yes we did it.
