CATS.

This week marks my first week as an official teacher with my own classroom! It's only summer school, but it's still something! Been spending a lot of hours these past few days organizing, preparing lessons, and learning about the students (six unique individuals with special needs) --- while functioning on little sleep. 'Teacher brain' has been running nonstop with ideas and plans and tasks. Trying to resist the urge to over-prepare (and over-decorate the room). Home now. Taking a break, laying around on the floor with my cats.
