The day started sunny :)

I was in the garden at 8.30 for the first of three half hour sessions. Cut the front lawn during the last one but decided that if I started on the back I might not have the energy for a walk. 

After lunch along to Rydal. I’d seen these animals while driving and from the bus and was keen to get a closer look. I’d wondered if they were sheep or goats but am now fairly certain they’re alpacas. Thought they followed on well from yesterday’s blip. The building behind is the Rydal Reading Room.

Timed it perfectly to jump on a bus back to Ambleside. A good move because it had just started raining.
