Find a Place to.Feel good

Since he retired two weeks ago:  we have been trying to get out to 'celebrate'. 

First weekend he was loaded with the cold; followed promptly by me   the next weekend I was down with a rather dodgy belly.  

This weekend we were both breathing normally. No migraines, snottery noses or drippy bums. 

We did all the usual Saturday nonsense - library: toiletries and shopping.  Did the washing and then we headed into town 

We are ridiculous.   We have the same meAl every time we go.  Thai chili chicken with rice, prawn crackers and a side of dirty fries 

That coupled with a range of cocktails from Beeswax to Cosmos; coconut negronis and coast to coast ...  And himself interspacing with Guinness or beer ...

Oh dearie me.  We were so tipsy.   So so tipsy 

And we sniggered histerically over the bill...  Not laughing quite so much this morning.  We have to remember we are on a reduced income
