CHURCH YARD

St Germain's Churchyard . . . a large cemetery overlooking the North Sea at Marske-by-the-Sea. The church tower structure is at the midpoint to the yard and used as a landmark for sailors out at sea. It is a remnant of a demolished church, and there have possibly been 3 other churches on the same site.
