Crazy Winds At Blackrock Sands

Good timing. There was a fortunate recess in Storm Kathleen today, namely after 11am when the sun miraculously appeared. The wind reminded though. Tuttle Jnr & I attempted to walk to Porthmadog from Criccieth along the beach/footpath but were distracted by our photo'ing the scenic views with our film cameras. As a result we stopped just shy of the harbour in Porthmadog then headed back before the tide returned. The wind was rather fierce this time: streamlining our selves in true ski jumper style.
