Glorious Day for a Walk

Nine walkers met this morning in brilliant sunshine, drove to Bremner Bay and walked from there to Beacon Point and beyond.  Beacon Point is where I turned back, totaling just under 12K steps or 8 k's, quite far enough for one day.  The others walked on to The Outlet, clocking up 19K steps, or 13 K.  Such a long way!!

Piano Lady and The Tuner joined us for a cuppa and cake at a local cafe, before we all headed for home.  The extras missed the cut.  

Teen 'H' and her mates are treking in the Langtang Valley.  They are out of cell phone range, so we won't be hearing from them for a few days.
