Amaryllis- the 2nd coming.!

I blipped this Amaryllis on 6th April last year when it had 2 flower stalks and 6 flower heads and it looked magnificent.

With a bit of help from Google I challenged myself to see if I could get it to flower again this year and to my delight it produced 6 leaves and then just one flower stalk and only 2 flowers but I am still pleased. Isn’t nature amazing ! 

Apparently these bulbs can last for 20 years but I will need to live to 95 to prove it  I put in another view in the extra as Mrs AMK preferred it to my blip view. I would be interested to know if others agree.
