Sunday ...

... fun day.

We made the most of this gorgeous day by being outside quite a bit.  On our way to our walk at the Palmer Bikeway we stopped at the Waterfowl Observation area to photograph the water fowl.

There was a good variety of birds today including this rather lovely wood duck.  I've never had a wood duck get as close to me as this one did.  If I'd reached out my hand I probably could have touched him.  I've added into Extras a beautiful female wood duck stretching her wings.  Please have a look full screen.

When we got home from our walk I worked on a sewing project .. a travel pouch for our upcoming trip.  It was interesting to say the least.  And the sad thing is I'm not sure I will even use it!
