Rough with the smooth

Outside and inside.
Was also a contrast here today with a NW BLOWING to 50 mph peaks and the odd shower really thrown in with it.

Another dozen 60 litre bags of compose was delivered for mulching around the garden beds.
Also delivered was some plastic edging and nails with which I intend to form circular bases which will be filled with red gravel over weed control fabric as a base for large terracotta pots.
The pots are to be repositioned in front of the yew hedge where the orange lilies will glow against the dark green.
Awaiting a salmon with tatties, fennel and broccoli ?? dinner .
