Overflowing

The bins in the local park have not been emptied for some time. As a result they’re now full, and in many cases overflowing. Piles of little bags of dog shit surround the bins. How stupid/lazy/ignorant are people? You walk your dog, and apparently care enough to carry bags to bag it. But instead of taking it home or - gasp! - walking another 50m to a bin that isn’t full, you just drop the bag next to the bin.
